Arnó Erasmus B.Compt (Honours) – CEO
Professional Accountant (SA)

Arnó is a Professional Accountant since 1995 after obtaining his Honours Bachelor of Accounting Science in 1988 and completing five years of articles with H Tarley & Co. He entered private practice in 1995 after six years as financial director and part owner of Ace Express Group, which at the time was the largest private SA express freight company with 7 national branches incorporating 350 staff, a fleet of 100 vehicles and 9 aircraft. It was there that he cut his teeth on hands on, real-time cash-flow and financial management leading him to establish Working Capital Management.

Darren Van Eyssen, B.Compt

Darren completed his degree in 1996 and completed his articles in 2000. He worked in commerce in London for 2 years and then returned to settle down in Working Capital Management in 2003. Darren specializes in financial statements for small businesses & tax optimization, Excel Macros and is responsible for I.T. at the practice.

Ayesha Cupido

Ayesha joined Working Capital Management in March 2000 and has progressed through the firm to now head up our Company Secretarial department and become Assistant Accountant.  She attends to all the formalities relating to the maintenance of company and close corporation statutory records.

Pauline Coetzee

Pauline heads up the Payroll Administration department and joined the company in 2007. Even though she started off only doing payroll, she has gradually progressed to assisting other departments in the company, including Tax Administration. She also organizes and manages many of her client’s creditors, internet banking and gives sound advice on HR Issues.

Eve Davidson

Eve joined us in 2003 and as a people person she is ideally suited to client liaison and switchboard, and makes great filter coffee. Her many skills and talents include general office admin, creditors, archives and problem solving.  She is also Arnó’s personal assistant.

Sheila Coquillon

Sheila is responsible for the Fee and Debtor administration of the practice amongst other functions. She has previous administration and secretarial experience earned in branch banking and as secretary for a Provincial sports association as well as a debtors and creditors clerk in an engineering company. In 1997 she moved into an accounting practice and then joined the company in 2001.

Richard Coquillon

Richard heads up the Tax Administration Department and is responsible for the submission of all company, individual and trust tax returns and ancillary tax services. He worked for 35 years in branch banking with First National Bank where he gained much experience in office administration and business practices as an Administration manager. He “retired“in 2004 and joined the company in 2005.  He has a wealth of life skills which he applies to great advantage in the tax department.

New Additions

End of 2011 year:
Taahirah Soeker joined us as Junior Bookkeeper.
Aman Khan C.A. (S.A.) became a Director of the practice.
Lana Fransman joined us as Bookkeeper and Tax Administrative assistant.
End of 2012 year:
Tirzah Kitshoff joined as Assistant Accountant.
